GINGER MARINADE
3/4 cup safflower or peanut oil
1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hot white wine
juice of one lime
grated ginger root to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
Blend ingredients 1-2 minutes on high.
Marinade seafood of choice 1-2 hrs, or according to taste
Bake or barbeque until done.
Great on salmon. halibut, or any kind of seafood.
