3/4 lb. Cod, salted and cut into 6 pieces
3/4 lb. Pork, cut into 6 pieces
1½ lb. Taro leaves
12 Ti Leaves
Salt to taste
Remove stems and wash Taro leaves.
Salt Cod to taste.
Wrap a piece of pork and fish in 8 to 10 Taro leaves into a bundle.
Place a seam end down in the center of the two crossed Ti leaves.
Pull up Ti leaves and tie securely.
Steam 4-6 hours in a covered steamer in the oven at 300 degrees F.
