Description: Dark gray fading to white. Irregular black spots. Most recognizable by cat-like whiskers. Most common in south, usually pan-fried. However, in recent years, people are starting to discover Catfish's various cooking qualities. A deep water fish of the future because of its farm raising capabilities.
